Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any discipline.
∎ Preferably science up to HSC.
∎

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the coverage of the products across the given area.
∎ Ensure that goals and expectations are achieved through regular monitoring.
∎ Ensure stock & visibility in different outlets.
∎ Analyze sales figures on a regular basis and prepare necessary reports for the management.
∎ Organize and schedule regular outlet visit.
∎ Manage team's schedules and attendance records and address issues accordingly.
∎ Build strong & sustainable relation with the respective clients.
∎ Supervise and mentoring field force.
∎ Help team to identify issues and challenges and finding ways to overcome and achieve their goals.
∎ Effectively coach team for success within the organization through effective communication, observation, timely feedback and recognition.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Educational qualification will be relaxed in case of experience.
∎ Minimum 3 years of working experience as AREA MANAGER in the sector of animal heath.

Salary: Negotiable
