Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining and increasing sales of VINCI CERAMIC’s products.
∎ Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
∎ Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
∎ Responsible for communication with clients and maintaining a healthy relationship with existing clients.
∎ Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
∎ Engaging, Developing and maintaining contact with client, Architect & interior designer, Govt. dept. to promote brand and product business development process.
∎ Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole.
∎ Encourage dealers/channel partners to store and display products.
∎ Allocating areas to sales representatives.
∎ Developing sales strategies and setting targets by discussion with senior superior.
∎ Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
∎ Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
∎ Completing & growing monthly/quarterly sales against Targets.
∎ Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts you.
∎ Collecting customer feedback and market research.
∎ Market Research activities, general sales/corporate sales focus plans and activities etc. various reporting to Senior Manager/HOD.
∎ Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
