Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ All time field monitoring and supervision.
∎ Ensure the quality control and performance.
∎ Capacity on Target planning and 100% implementing.
∎ Capacity on MIS and Reporting.
∎ Computer Skills in Microsoft or Excel.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5-7 Yrs. working experience in Microcredit program with minimum 3 yrs. specially experience as same or equivalent post.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25,063/- in Probation Period and Tk. 33,033/- after confirmation.
