Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and drive B2C/B2B health insurance products through right engagement and ensure month on
∎ month volume growth in designated area.
∎ Field sales team management and guide team to ensure expected sales volume from designated area.
∎ Research and implement online-offline health insurance service model so that customers can be
∎ served in more connected way.
∎ Ensure new opportunity for health insurance products selling.
∎ Always thirsty for achieving new opportunities for revenue generation for the entire organization.
∎ Design and implement different structured development and engagement programs to motivate own
∎ and partner key drivers.
∎ Ensure disbursement of reward among own and partner key drivers as per set criteria.
∎ Coordinate and solve cross functional issues for smooth market operation.
∎ Onboard new business partner
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years experience in core sales, working in regional sales/area manager will get preference.
∎ Experience in Insurance industry/Banking industry/Healthcare industry.
∎ Exceptionally smooth in handling and working in digital platforms.
∎ Ability to ensure regular market visits.
∎ Strong leadership skill to engage sales team to ensure maximum revenue.
∎ Know-how of area/region operations.
∎ Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
