∎ Monitoring & Supervising Team Members
∎ Develop Existing Market or Create New Market
∎ Increase Sales Value
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Increase sales volume of the item of the Company.
∎ Make a strategic Plan to achieve sales target.
∎ Planning sales target for individual field officers, Dealers and Distribution.
∎ Expanding the marketing network for the assigned area.
∎ To Investigate the market frequently for micronutrients and pesticide sales.
∎ To Handel conflict in the market.
∎ Manage to Develop Good relationships Between Executive & Dealers or Farmers.
∎ Provide training to field officers to increase sales volume.
∎ Any Other Job assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum Five (5) Years Experience with two (2) Years Managerial Experience in the Respective Field.
∎ Good Communication Skill (Bangla & English) are a Must.
∎ Work Under Pressure & Hard Working.
∎ Sound Knowledge of using Communication Software & Computer Browsing.
∎ Have a valid motorbike driving License with motorbike.
