Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the Sales team to through excellent customer service.
∎ Assign specific written detailed working program to the outlet managers indicating target date for implementation. Necessary action should be taken if commitment is not met and lack of accountability.
∎ Ensure visual merchandising is always as per Display Guide.
∎ Visit each outlet minimum once in a month and submit written report to the Retail Operations Manager.
∎ Maintain and controlling store operating expenses are under control as per Company Policy.
∎ Work on succession plan, recommending transfers, promotion of outlet Managers and Sales Promoters.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have experience working as Area manager in any reputed footwear company.
