Responsibilities & Context:
A leading Food/Dietary/Nutritional Supplement importer and distributor in Bangladesh is looking for Area Manager/Field Manager in Dhaka. We import and distribute world class Supplement product from Finland
Job Responsibility:
Leading a team of at least 6 Medical Promotion Officers (MPOs)
Supervise their daily operations, assist them in carrying out promotional activities and achieving sales-distribution and collection targets.
Conducting market analysis by visiting the market regularly
Monitoring competitors` activities and developing team strategies
Implementing sales campaigns and taking action according to the marketing plan
Preparation and submission Daily, weekly and monthly report and feedback on promotions, Sales-Distribution and collection.
Providing training and guidance to enhance the team`s capabilities
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
