∎ Plan, develop & execute all kinds of operational, development & functional activities across the assigned area and Create Distribution & Agent/Dealer channels.
∎ Plan and execute the customer acquisition target & all kinds of channel expansion.
∎ Ensure maximum investment from Distributors/Agents and proper utilization of investment across the market.
∎ Market visit to ensure Agent Engagement and service availability.
∎ Proper visibility maintenance in the Agent shop as well as in the market to ensure Trade Marketing activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution Sales, Sales & Marketing
∎ Communication skills and proven time management aptitude is essential.
∎ Able to ride motorbike.
∎ Target Driven.
∎ Self-motivated.
