Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide guidance and support to distributors in their daily operations, such as order management, market service, and lifting/refund.
∎ Assist TO/TM in planning route and TMO services, ensuring optimal coverage, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
∎ Develop and implement sales plans for assigned areas, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and taking corrective actions as needed.
∎ Train and mentor TO/TM and DFF, design training plans for TO/TM based on their skill levels and needs, conduct on-the-job training activities for TO/TM to improve their knowledge and skills.
∎ Monitor and follow up with TM's and other stakeholders, such as agents, customers, and HO team, to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
∎ Comply with company policies and regulations as well as legal requirements, such as tax, license, and safety standards.
∎ Expand the network of agents as appropriate, identifying potential agents, conducting due diligence, and signing contracts.
∎ Execute trade marketing strategies and campaigns, such as promotions, events, and merchandising, to increase brand awareness and sales.
∎ Report market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to HO team, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
∎ Ensure smooth functioning and resolution of automation related issues, such as system errors, network failures and data discrepancies.
∎ Conduct regular market visits as per plan, checking the quality of service, product availability and customer satisfaction at each location.
∎ Enhance bKash visibility across markets, use bKash PoSMs effectively to attract customers and create brand recall, prevent PoSM misuse or wastage by monitoring their usage and condition.
∎ Achieve company standards and KPI's for distributor operations, such as sales volume, revenue, market share and customer retention.
∎ Identify training gaps and conduct small group trainings to update them on company changes and procedures, such as new products, features, or policies.
∎ Coordinate with internal and external departments to resolve distributor operation issues, such as billing disputes, product complaints or technical problems.
∎ Maintain the exterior and interior of all locations according to company standards, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Experience:
∎ - 4 to 6 years in related fields.
∎ Education:
∎ Graduate, Post Graduate, MBA.
∎ Competencies:
∎ Self initiated learning orientation.
∎ Ability to listen, understand and respond appropriately when interacting with individuals groups.
∎ Leadership qualities and ability to coach team members.
∎ Communication skills and proven time management aptitude is essential.
∎ Demonstrate a “can do” attitude all time.
∎ Should be proactive and energetic
∎ Other Requirements:
∎ Technical knowledge: Relevant Computer Applications.
