Educational Requirements:
∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Or Master's degree in any discipline with experience in similar field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Controlling, Guiding field staff in achieving their sales and collection target
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have basic knowledge about the poultry and dairy market and connection with potential prescribers and users of the concern area.
∎ Achieve sales targets through promoting products to the veterinary professionals and firms and maintaining the connection with the potential practitioners of the concerned area.
∎ Guide and monitor sales team to achieve sales targets besides planning and executing sales targets for all products of the company.
∎ Follow up daily sales and report the situation to the Head of Sales and Marketing.
∎ Market survey and reporting to the Management.
∎ To visit doctor/consultant on regular basis for generating prescriptions.
∎ Credit control and monitoring.
∎ Technical support to the customers as well as sales forces.
∎ Organize the Doctors Group Meeting (DGM) and Farmer's Group Meeting (FGM) in assigned area.
∎ High level of initiative and proactive attitude to work in a team environment.
∎ Work with confidence and motivation to achieve the monthly and annual targets with commitment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to work anytime and anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Smart, confident and excellent communication skills.
Salary: Negotiable
