∎ At least 5-year experience in WASH Projects.
∎ Good reporting and communication skills in Bengali and English
∎ Good computer knowledge (especially MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Email and Internet).
∎ Skills in community mobilization
∎ Skills in social and interpersonal relationships and ability to work in a team.
∎ Planning and Organizing skills in project management and operation.
∎ Skills in preparing training modules and materials.
∎ Knowledge of Problem identification and solving in the field.
∎ Experience in communication, liaison, Collaboration and strong networking with the GO/NGO officials.
∎ Ability to work in the pressure situation
∎ Willingness to work with the disadvantaged/vulnerable people under difficult situation
∎ Organizing and facilitation skills on different kinds of meetings, Training, Orientation and Workshop
∎ Activity monitoring and evaluation skill
∎ Capacity on staff development and training skill
∎ Able to ride a motorcycle with a valid driving license
∎ Willingness to stay in rural areas and work at the field level
