∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Civil and Architectural Design & Drawing by using latest version AutoCAD software.
∎ Prepare design concept, plan, and elevation, detailed & working drawing.
∎ Testing and evaluating building systems to find problems and improvements.
∎ Must have sound knowledge regarding any kinds of Modern Interior Design & Drawing.
∎ Full concept in Material for Designing Exterior and Interior spaces.
∎ Good observational skills and ability required for recreate 3D models.
∎ Need sufficient knowledge about Building code research.
∎ Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.
∎ Must have knowledge 2D/3D design properly and design concept should be well.
∎ To perform any other jobs as and when advised by the higher management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in preparing Detailed Measurements, Interior Designs, and Layout plans, Sections, Elevations, along with Detailed Working Drawings as per company requirements.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3D Animation, 3D Design, Architectural Design, Graphic Designing 3D Visualization, 3D Model.
