Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
For Architect: 3D elevation, conceptual plan & Working drawing.
Structural Design of Residential, Commercial, Industrial Buildings and telecom sector/power station as per BNBC 2020 guidelines and/or relevant guidelines.
Detailed Construction Drawing Preparation as per BNBC guidelines.
Preparation of BOQ Estimation of multi-storied RCC & Steel Shed Buildings, rate analysis, building layout, bar bending schedule, contractors bills verification etc.
Detail Engineering Assessment of multi-storied RCC & Prefabricated Steel Buildings (Residential, Commercial & Industrial)Under-construction and ongoing retrofitting site supervision.
keeping record of progress.
Identifying dependencies and obstacles of tasks and projects & resolving them to ensure smooth progression & completion.
Responsible for comprehensive project plan formulation and updating as necessary for timely project completion, scheduling, cost control, being in constant synchronization with coordinators, maintaining liaison with sub-contractors, suppliers or any other entity involved in the project and
