Responsibilities & Context:

• To perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing both exterior-interior and overseeing the construction

• Prepare building design concept/3D visualization and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications 2D/3D such as AutoCAD, Lumion, 3ds Max, V-ray Render, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe aftereffects and other relevant Software.

• Prepare detailed & working drawings and specifications of residential buildings and make necessary corrections

• Compile Project Specifications and ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards building codes, guidelines and regulations specially in BD code of conduct.

• Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.

• Experience with image manipulation tools Ex: Illustrator, Photoshop, Coral, GIMP, Expression Blend etc is required

• High Level knowledge of lighting, shadows, interior & textures.

• Design 3D models, Interior and create animations.

• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position.

• Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior Design & Drawing.
