Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3D Animation, 3D Modeling, Auto CAD Drafting
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The duties and responsibilities of the Architect will include, but not limited to the following:
∎ i) Work with group under Project Management;
∎ ii) Support consultant’s team in preparing layout plans, architectural plans and design for municipal facilities with particular attention to:
∎ Bus and Truck Terminal and Boat Landing (jetty), Parking Area and water bodies, Kitchen Markets, Municipal Parks/Playground, Streetlight/Decoration;
∎ iii) Urban Landscaping and beautification, Construction of Community Centers/ commercial markets and any other building/ structure;
∎ iv) Review Local Government (Pourashava) Act, 2009 and other relevant documents including those of UGIIP-III and assist PS in undertaking planning activities ensuring conformity with rules and regulations in order to avoid conflict and legal complication;
∎ v) He will contribute significantly in survey, selection of sub-projects, preparation of design, drawing & engineers estimate, BoQ, environmental and social safeguards reports, preparation of SPARs and tender documents etc.;
∎ vi) Perform in a strictly time bound manner in total adherence to the qualitative and quantitative requirements of the project vis a vis consulting assignment and ought to remain cautious so as to ensure that there is no unjustified time or cost over-run.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Practical experience in preparation of architectural plan, drawings, 3D view, animation, model simulation and distinctive views of infrastructure in urban areas of any developing countries: Specialist in using Auto CAD drawing and related
Salary:
∎ Practical Action will pay a consolidated amount for the whole contract, including VAT, Tax to Individual Consultant(s) and associated field travel including food, accommodation, per diem and consultation meetings and workshops. The consulting Firm(s)/ Individual Consultant(s) will be paid 5% of the agreed amount upon signing contract and remaining 90% over 18 installments through period upon completion of deliverable and rest 5% upon completion of the assignment / or as stated by the donor.
