Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
∎ Masters or Bachelor in Computer Science/ Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
C#, C++, COM Object, DirectDraw, DirectX, GDI+, Software Architect, Win32
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Requirement analysis, discuss with the developer regarding requirements.
∎ Properly handle client change requirements
∎ Bug verification and propose a solution to the team
∎ Decide the architecture and implementation way of the feature based on discussion with developer and management.
∎ Work on task estimation along with the developer.
∎ Review BAT[Developer Testing] or any other documents submitted by developers.
∎ Get involved in development if the issue is critical or high priority.
∎ Review source code and perform developer testing on submitted code.
∎ Communicate with the client regarding technical issues when necessary.
∎ Review all the technical comments given by the developer in an issue and prepare a single summary comment for Management/Client.
∎ Conflict resolve for developer code
∎ Communicate with PM/Bridge/Client to update development work plan as per demand.
∎ Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform
∎ Troubleshoot code level problems quickly and efficiently
∎ Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, etc.
∎ Approve final product before launch
∎ Comply with copyright when using 3rd party or open source
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5+ years of experience in software development including solution or technical architecture experience
∎ Experience in InstallShield will be a plus
∎ Experience in software development and coding in various languages
∎ Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture
∎ Excellent knowledge of UML and other modeling methods
∎ Excellent knowledge of API design and implementation
∎ Understanding of software quality assurance principles
∎ A technical mindset with great attention to detail
∎ Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
∎ Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability
∎ Very good skills in OOP and OOD
∎ Knowledge of C++/C#/object-oriented program and open source technologies
∎ Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript and UI/UX design
∎ Proficiency in professional communication in English is a must
∎ Must have the mindset to follow the defined development process
∎ Must have experience as Software Architect min 1-2 years for min 3+ Engineer team.
