• 3-4 years working experience in the architecture industry.
• High level of language proficiency (English and Bengali-both verbal and written).
• Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
• Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.
• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3DSMax or similar).
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Applicants must able to work under pressure.

We are urgently looking to recruit an Architect Designer for our reputed Brand Furniture company Vegas Furniture.

Job Location

City Corporation Ward No-26, Container Terminal, Abbaspara, Chattogram.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee working drawings, ensuring precision and alignment with project objectives.

• Prepare and analyze orthographic projections, technical layouts, and other detailed drawings.

• Conduct material surveys to recommend cost-effective, high-quality options tailored to project needs.

• Collaborate in the preparation and review of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Liaise with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues and streamline project execution.

• As per company policy.
