• Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 03–05 years of experience in design and engineering roles in the real estate or construction industry.

  • Proven leadership experience in managing design teams for high-rise residential and/or commercial projects.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative and successful project designs.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3DX Max and other design/engineering software.

  • In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, RAJUK and BNBC guidelines.

  • Excellent project management and coordination abilities.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Responsibilities & Context

  Job Summary:

  • We’re seeking a qualified and experienced Manager/Assistant Manager – Architecture to lead the architectural design, planning, and technical delivery of our real estate development projects. In this leadership position, you will guide a multidisciplinary team of architects and design professionals, ensuring that all plans, drawings, and construction documents meet project objectives, comply with regulatory standards, and reflect our commitment to exceptional quality.

• Key Responsibilities:

  Architectural & Design Leadership:

  • Lead the conceptual and detailed architectural design of residential and commercial real estate projects.

  • Ensure that architectural designs are functional, sustainable, cost-effective, and in line with modern aesthetics.

  • Coordinate with external consultants, architects, and design agencies for outsourced design work and review.

  Approve architectural plans, layouts, and working drawings, ensuring compliance with company standards and local building codes.

• Construction Supervision:

  • Supervise day-to-day construction work at the site and ensure adherence to design, specifications, and timelines.

  • Monitor and ensure the proper execution of civil, architectural, and finishing works.

  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site staff.

  Project Coordination:

  • Assist the Project Engineer in planning and monitoring the project schedule.

  • Maintain liaison between architecture, MEP, procurement, and other departments.

  • Ensure implementation of safety standards at the site in coordination with HSE officers.

• Quality Control & Compliance:

  • Implement design quality control measures and review processes.

  • Ensure all designs comply with regulatory requirements (BNBC, RAJUK, DAP, environmental, etc.).

  • Liaise with government agencies and handle submissions/approvals related to design, layout plans, fire safety, and utility connections.

  Team Leadership:

  • Mentor and lead the internal architecture and engineering team.

  • Monitor performance, assign responsibilities, and provide professional development opportunities.

  • Create and maintain a collaborative and innovation-driven design environment.

  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure

  • Perform any other duty as directed by the management
