Experience:

• 5 to 7 years

1. Bachelor`s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

• 5 to 7 years

• Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in architectural design.

• Proficiency in 3dsmax, AutoCAD, SketchUp and related software.

• Strong command of MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Proven experience in producing high-quality project documents and drawings.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.

• Strong design and problem-solving abilities, coupled with an appreciation for architectural design intent.

• Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering accurate and precise work.

Baganbari Landscaping Limited is Hiring.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Artists and Design team to create visually compelling renders, graphics, illustrations, and presentation materials that effectively communicate design intent and options.

2. Utilize sketches and CAD files to build and develop accurate 3D models of buildings, landscapes, and spaces, paying close attention to materiality, spatial quality, details, and overall design.

3. Provide smart solutions for technical problems and challenges that may arise during the design and production process.

4. Monitor work progress by occasionally visiting project sites, ensuring that design standards are met and resolving any issues that may arise.

5. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.

6. Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
