Experience:

• At least 2 years

• Minimum Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from any reputed public & private University.

• Preferred Professional Membership: IEB Membership is preferred.

• At least 2 years

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Candidates must be honest, religious, smart and good looking.

• Skills Required: 3D Studio Max, Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, lumen. Proficient in preparing Detailed Measurements, Working Drawings, Interior Designs, and Layout plans, Sections, Elevations, along with Detailed Working Drawings as per project requirements. Skills Required: AutoCAD, 3D Studio MAX, Sketch up, V-ray Render, Lumen, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe after effects and other relevant Software the applicants should have the sound knowledge.

• Good observational skills and ability to recreate 3D models

• High-Level knowledge of lighting, shadows, interior & textures. Interiors and create animations

• Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior Design & Drawing.

Job Context: We are now looking for a dynamic energetic and creative architect & interior designer to our team who can contribute to growth business. He will be responsible for designing new buildings, extensions, renovations, interior design and restorations, ensuring they meet client requirements and align with sustainability principles

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare design concept, plan, and elevation, detailed & working drawing Prepare all types of working drawings Field measure and document existing buildings.

• Coordinates building systems (structural, plumbing, electrical, etc.) to ensure compatibility Building code research.

• RAJUK drawing and FAR Analysis Maintain, organize, and archive projects

• Utilizes BIM (Revit) in development of three-dimensional models of buildings and their components.

• Must have knowledge 2D/3D design properly and design concept should be well.

• Must have knowledge about residence interior design

• He has to take responsibility for working drawings & design related work. Conceptualizing new ideas and creative visualization.

• Understand the client`s requirements and achieving a satisfactory level through design

• Full concept in Material for Designing Exterior and Interior spaces
