Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should hold as a minimum a bachelor's degree in agricultural science, preferable with a post grade or specialization in fish nutrition or aquaculture from any reputed university.

∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Feed

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The main responsibilities will be within recipe optimization and formula maintenance. The candidate will work closely with mill managers to help production challenges and cooperate with sourcing to ensure procurement of the right raw materials and quantities at the right interest price. Reporting to the General manager the candidate will be responsible for:
∎ Managing feed formulas, optimization's and raw materials prognosis.
∎ Handling of customer inquiries on product recipes.
∎ Supporting experimental formulas and processes.
∎ Ensuring all products conform with the product master file.
∎ Creating, calculating and upholding accurate feed labels.
∎ Handling production challenges by analyzing production data and laboratory results.
∎ National standards and regulatory restrictions: know the national standards related to the feed industry.
∎ Knowledge of raw materials: including the planting status of main raw materials, production process and process of attached products and nutritional value of raw materials.
∎ Purchasing cooperation: understand the market trend of raw materials, evaluate the value of alternative raw materials, and select the best supplier.
∎ Factory production process: understand the factory production capacity, such as raw material particle size, small raw material adding system, granular and expanded material production process.
∎ Nutritional needs of animals at all stages: understanding the potential of animal growth performance.
∎ Formula adjustment: optimize and adjust the formula according to the environment of different cultivation areas, different cultivation seasons and changes of raw material market, reduce costs and ensure quality.
∎ Implement the formula update process according to the plan to ensure that all recipes are in the optimal / low cost state.
