• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Call Center, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup, Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup

• Age 18 to 35 years

Who We’re Looking For

Experience:

B2B Janitorial Campaign: At least 6 months of experience

Other International Telemarketing Campaign: At least 1 year of experience

Note: Applicants who do not meet these experience requirements will not be considered

Technical Setup:

• PC or laptop (minimum: Intel Core i3 5th generation or equivalent)
• Stable internet connection
• Noise-cancelling headset
• Quiet and distraction-free workspace
• Operation using a VoIP/dialing system purchased via SaleAura to maintain campaign performance and standards  

Professional Traits:

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills
• Professional, punctual, and self-disciplined
• Ability to follow company policies and quality standards

Campaign: B2B Janitorial (North America)

Recommended Operating Hours: 8 PM – 5 AM (Bangladesh Standard Time) | Monday to Friday

(Aligned with North American business hours. Contractors retain full autonomy over their working schedule while meeting performance goals.)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to businesses across the USA and Canada

Compensation Structure: Commission-Based (Default) BDT 5,000-6,000 per qualified appointment (based on experience) Earning Potential: Unlimited and performance-driven.
