Job Context:
∎ Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and create effective marketing campaigns.
∎ Utilize analytical tools and data-driven insights to evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives and optimize strategies.
∎ Manage media buying across multiple platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok, WhatsApp, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others.
∎ Utilize social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc., to schedule and monitor social media posts, engage with the audience, and analyze social media metrics.

∎ Experience with digital analytical software such as Google Analytics and Hotjar.
∎ Solid understanding of web & server tracking tools like Tag Manager, GA4 Data Layer, and Custom event setup.
∎ Knowledge of basic SEO principles and best practices.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 - 60000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary : 40,000 - 60,000 Tk. (based on experience, aptitude and qualifications) can be more for exceptional candidates.
