∎ Primarily, the Shipment and Supply Chain Executive oversees bulk shipment orders from different business clients and distribution of finished products to the customer.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop cross border ecommerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
∎ Arrange and generate bulk shipment sales orders from different business clients.
∎ You will assist the Shipment & Supply Chain Manager in developing and implementing various sales techniques inline with the company's requirements.
∎ The shipment Sales Executive will work closely with other team members and will also liaise with external agencies as well as directly with clients.
∎ Post weight and shipping charges, Follow up accurate shipments and documents.
∎ Keeping records of all demurrages, detentions, etc. and follow up with the concerned buyers for settlements and implements preventive actions to avoid customs penalties.
∎ Good knowledge about HS code.
∎ Solving Customers issues with shipping time line and price.
∎ Analyze work orders, invoices, and demand forecasts daily to estimate shipping, storage, and delivery requirements.
∎ Review shipping operating reports and resolve operational, shipping, and maintenance - problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.
∎ Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working hour : Full time, 10 AM - 6:00 PM.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary : 18,000 - 25,000 Tk. (based on experience, aptitude and qualifications)
