সারা দেশে আটা, ময়দা, সুজি ও ভুষির নতুন ডিলার নেটওয়ার্ক এবং বড় পাইকারি কাস্টমার তৈরি করা।
নির্ধারিত মাসিক ও বাৎসরিক বিক্রয় লক্ষ্যমাত্রা (Sales Target) অর্জনে নেতৃত্ব দেওয়া।
মার্কেট অ্যানালাইসিস করা এবং প্রতিযোগিতামূলক বাজারে ব্র্যান্ডের অবস্থান শক্তিশালী করা।
সেলস টিমের পারফরম্যান্স মনিটরিং এবং নিয়মিত রিপোর্ট প্রদান করা।
আটা-ময়দা বা FMCG সেক্টরে কমপক্ষে ৫-৭ বছরের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা।
চমৎকার লিডারশিপ গুণাবলী এবং সারা দেশে ভ্রমণ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
