Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Evaluates market information and situation to find new scope to improve Fish Feed Business.
∎ Visit potential dealers and customers for new business opportunities as frequent as possible.
∎ Do the needful evaluation & research on the existing feed market situation.
∎ Give necessary technical support to the pisciculture and dealers.
∎ Ensure Individual Sales of Feed Products as per given target by the management.
∎ Ensure collection against sales as per company policy.
∎ Resolve all customer queries and provide proper guidance to them where required.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and market trends for the knowledge of higher management.
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to increase fish feed sales and market share.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and key stakeholders in the aquaculture industry.
∎ Collaborate with the production and R&D teams to improve product offerings.
∎ Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to stay ahead in the market.
