∎ টিকিট রিফান্ড, রি-ইস্যু ও রিস্ক্যাডিউ প্রসেস হ্যান্ডেল করা
∎ এয়ারলাইনের সাথে যোগাযোগ রক্ষা এবং আপডেট থাকা
∎ Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre ব্যবহার করে টিকিট বুকিং ও রিজার্ভেশন
