Required Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied data science.
Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML development.
Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and applied deep learning.
Knowledge of transformer architectures and how modern LLMs work.
Experience with at least one ML framework such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and LLM-based workflows.
Familiarity with RAG concepts, embeddings, and vector search.
Ability to work on loosely defined problems and translate them into working solutions.

Nice to Have:
Experience building or experimenting with agentic AI
Experience building custom LLMs
Background in NLP, chatbots, document understanding, or recommendation systems

We are looking for a Mid-Level AI Engineer to help design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI systems with a strong focus on prompt engineering, custom model development, agentic AI, large language models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), transformers, and real-world applications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building practical AI solutions, experimenting with modern architectures, and taking models from idea to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions that solve real business problems.

• Develop and maintain agentic AI systems, including tool-using and multi-step reasoning agents.

• Build and customize ML and LLM-based models, including fine-tuning and inference optimization.

• Implement RAG pipelines, integrating vector databases, retrievers, and LLMs.

• Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve reliability, reasoning, and output quality.

• Collaborate with senior engineers to productionize models, including deployment and monitoring.
