Required Skills:
Proficient in Python and familiar with ML libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and scikit-learn
Solid understanding of NLP and deep learning, especially transformer-based architectures
Familiar with building and deploying RAG pipelines with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma)
Comfortable working with orchestration tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar
Understanding of REST APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and CI/CD pipelines
Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to ethical, secure, and compliant AI development
Experience:
At least 5 years of hands-on experience applying AI to software products or workflows
Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Cohere, etc.)
Experience in software architecture, functional design, and program leadership
Responsibilities
o Design and implement AI pipelines for modules like recruitment analysis, career path prediction, and employee sentiment tracking
o Develop and fine-tune LLM-based agents (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) to support conversations, decisions, and HR workflows
o Build automation flows across onboarding, performance tracking, time logging, and compensation planning
o Integrate third-party LLM APIs and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases like Pinecone or Weaviate
o Contribute to solution design, prototyping, testing, and documentation
o Collaborate on a multi-agent orchestration layer using tools like LangChain or custom logic
o Work with the backend and DevOps teams to deploy AI microservices using containers
o Use Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face to train and deploy models
o Maintain browser-based AI experiences via Chrome extensions or automation scripts
o Run A/B tests and model evaluations to refine performance and usability
o Keep models fair, auditable, and aligned with responsible AI practices, especially in hiring and performance evaluations
