• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Applications

• Age At least 28 years

• A minimum of 7 years of professional software engineering experience, including demonstrated leadership and team management responsibilities
• Strong technical expertise in C# .NET, MVC architecture, RESTful and SOAP-based APIs
• Advanced proficiency in SQL development, including Stored Procedures, Tables, and Views
• Working knowledge of ASP.NET, JavaScript, and jQuery frameworks
• Proven experience designing and maintaining SaaS platforms and highly scalable, distributed systems
• Demonstrated capability in project management, team leadership, and performance oversight
• Thorough understanding of code quality standards, source control management (GitHub), and technical documentation practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum proficiency rating of 8.5/10)
• Availability to work primarily during U.S. business hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to operate effectively within a global, multicultural professional environment
