• Familiarity with data engineering tools (Airflow, Spark, SQL, Pandas).

• Experience with model versioning and tracking (MLflow, DVC).

• Understanding of cloud AI environments (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML, etc.).

• Ability to read and implement research papers into production-ready code.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Job Context

We are looking for AI Engineers (Python) to join our growing Data & Intelligence Team.
You will work on developing, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML models, building automation pipelines, and integrating large-language-model (LLM) and machine-learning capabilities into our products.

The role is open to candidates with strong Python experience from any programming background who are eager to advance in applied AI engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models for NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.

• Develop and maintain Python-based microservices integrating AI models into production.

• Preprocess, clean, and analyze large datasets using NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.

• Implement, fine-tune, and evaluate models using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers.

• Work with APIs (OpenAI, Google Vertex, LangChain, etc.) for generative and conversational AI.

• Develop model deployment pipelines using Docker, FastAPI, or Flask.

• Collaborate with backend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end AI features.

• Optimize model inference performance, latency, and scalability.

Research and prototype emerging AI tools, libraries, and architectures.
