Experience:

• Bachelor`s or Master`s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field preferred.

• Equivalent practical experience with demonstrable production deployments will be considered.

• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar LLM orchestration frameworks.

• Practical experience in cloud deployment using AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Strong understanding of AI compliance, data governance, and security best practices.

• Proven experience in LLM integration and prompt engineering.

• Experience in RAG architecture design and implementation in production environments.

• Strong background in multi-source data pipeline engineering.

• Experience working with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or similar technologies.

AI System Development

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems including NLP pipelines (classification, summarization, extraction, Q&A), semantic search, document intelligence and recommendation engines.

• Select, integrate and optimize LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, open-source alternatives) based on cost, performance, and security requirements.

RAG Architecture

• Lead the design and implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems including chunking strategies and embedding generation.

• Manage vector databases and optimize retrieval for accuracy and latency.

Data Pipeline Engineering

• Architect multi-source data ingestion pipelines handling APIs (REST/GraphQL), web scraping, databases (SQL/NoSQL) and document files (PDF, Excel, DOCX, CSV, images).

• Ensure data quality, versioning and efficient update strategies.

API Development

• Build robust, scalable APIs that expose AI capabilities to frontend applications (Flutter-based mobile and web).

• Collaborate with frontend developers on integration requirements and performance optimization.
