Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Agribusiness, agro based farm, Aquaculture
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Main job responsibility is to monitor full Agro Farm daily work.
∎ Garden maintenance services.
∎ Seed or Seedling preparation for nursery.
∎ Plant care - ensures that watering, fertilizing, pest management, pruning, weeding, preparing soil.
∎ Inventory - maintains inventory of plants.
∎ Maintenance of labor or gardener.
∎ Supervise and control all expenditure related to agricultural operation.
∎ After finish the plant production, will go for marketing & Sales.
∎ Prepare daily and monthly report, as required by management.
∎ Engage in any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate from 'Dinajpur', 'Kushtia' & 'Natore' is preferable.
∎ Have good computer work knowledge.
∎ Hardworking, dedicated, responsible & presentable.

Salary: Negotiable
