∎ B.Sc in Agricultural/Botany/ Biology/ Horticultural

Agriculture Project, agro based farm, fertilizer and pesticide, Horticulture, Nursery, Plant Breeding, Tree Plantation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Repairs, cables, fertilizes, waters, and prunes trees and other woody plants; removes dead, diseased or declining trees and woody plants.
∎ Plants and transplants woody plants to include whole preparation, back filling, staking, pruning, watering, and mulching.
∎ Recognizes disease and insect problems of trees and woody plants and applies appropriate treatments.
∎ May assist in various maintenance activities as required.
∎ Maintains records of work performed.
∎ May lead, guide, and train staff employees,
∎ Assists in maintaining tree inventory records.
∎ Identifies potentially hazardous trees and other tree-related problems.
∎ Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
∎ Assessing soil and space requirements for new trees.
∎ Planting new trees or woody plants.
∎ Identifying and treating diseased trees.
∎ Trimming tree branches and pruning trees.
∎ Testing and maintaining soil conditions.
∎ Applying specialized tree fertilizers.
∎ Applying pesticides if necessary.
∎ Removing dead or unwanted trees.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as an arborist.
∎ Advanced knowledge of tree biology and tree anatomy.
∎ Knowledge of soil biology and fertilizer compositions.
∎ Familiarity with climbing equipment.
∎ Ability to operate handsaws and mechanical devices.
∎ Ability to work in all weather conditions and at heights
Salary: Negotiable
