Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Agriculture from any reputed Institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production of different indoor plants, flower plants, shrubs and trees. Multiplication of plants through vegetative means i.e. grafting, cutting, layering, budding and so on regarding this.
∎ Determine types and quantities of horticultural plants to be grown, based on budgets, or executive directives.
∎ Overseeing and improving the daily functions of the nursery. Assigning work schedule and duties to nursery workers and supervise their works.
∎ Maintaining nursery stock register of plants & others necessary elements and reporting to the management.
∎ Overseeing pest & disease management, fertilization, irrigation and other intercultural operations.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Must have interpersonal skill
∎ Must have computer literacy ( MS office application)
∎ Determined to work hard.
∎ Candidate should have vast knowledge on vegetable cultivation
∎ Candidate must have practical work experience in gardening

Salary: Negotiable
