Job Context:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Yearly budget, detail implementation plan, and operational guidelines are in place.
∎ Accomplishment 100% annual plan of the program in the assigned work area.
∎ Budget VS Expenditure Monitoring
∎ Regular program activities are monitored and supervised.
∎ Appropriate monitoring tools are developed and used.
∎ Trainings and orientations to facilitators and development.
∎ Capacity development of beneficiary on homestead gardening as a part of Nutrition Intervention through ensuring dietary diversity.
∎ Facilitate the capacity building of community volunteers by coaching, training, workshop, and orientation.
∎ Capacity development of community volunteers (community kitchen) and monitoring related to Community kitchen and Nutrition Gardening
∎ Supervise and monitor the community volunteers in program implementation services.
∎ Assist to Cooking demonstration on nutrition food processing and handling in Community kitchen
∎ Demonstration plot establishment
∎ Establishe networking & collaboration with DAE at Upazila level & Union level and CiC at camp lavel.
∎ Serve as a resource for disseminating knowledge and skills to other agencies and stakeholders in the program area about the project issues.
∎ Advocacy meeting conducted with local ward/block representatives.
∎ Participation in CiC Meeting, NGO/INGO/FBO meetings, consultations and coalitions.
∎ Facilitate programs to promote convention of the rights of child/child protection policy on children with especially difficult circumstances disabled people in the community.
∎ Refugee Community empowered through project activities
∎ Refugee Community participants participated in different workshops and seminars at Camp area
∎ Arranging different campaign/Day observation programs for community. Facilitating counseling for children and parents on program issues.
∎ Document case/success stories for exploring the project performances.
∎ Adequate record keeping of all program and correspondences ensured.
∎ Monthly/Quarterly/Semi-Annual and Annual program reports prepared and sent to ADP Manager as per WVB guidelines.
∎ Increasing demonstration and understanding of and commitment to World Vision's Core Values in the approach to work and relationships.
∎ Work and Life balance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Clear Understanding the issues project has to work on.
∎ Knowledge on current development and emergency issues
∎ Good conceptual and practical skill to write project concept paper and design documents of the project.
∎ Baseline survey, Evaluation and Monitoring process and tools.
∎ Good facilitation skill of Training, Seminar and Advocacy programs.
∎ Good communication and networking skill
∎ Good proficiency in English & Bengali, both written and verbal
∎ Good time management skills
∎ Decision making and problem solving skills
∎ Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation
∎ Good report writing and documentation ability
∎ Minimum of 2 years working experiences in the relevant field with Emergency response program
∎ 80% field visit in the working area is expected
∎ Some project areas are located in remote locations.
∎ Staff should be willing to ride motorbike to visit the assigned work area.
Salary: Tk. 60000 (Monthly)
