Job Responsibilities:
∎ Agriculture & Value chain related activities assigned in the project document.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ A clear understanding of the issues the project has to work on.
∎ Knowledge of current development and emergence issues.
∎ Good in facilitation, conduction of training, workshop, seminar, and advocacy program.
∎ Good communication and networking skills.
∎ Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
∎ Good report writing and documentation ability.
∎ Good conceptual and practical skills to write a project concept paper and design documents of the project.
∎ A clear understanding of baseline survey, evaluation and Monitoring process and tools.
∎ Good proficiency in English & Bengali, both written and verbal.
∎ Good time management skills.
∎ Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint presentations.
∎ Ability to drive motorbike with a valid driving license.
Salary:
∎ As per the project budget.
