Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Agriculture.
∎ Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University Students preferable and get advantage
∎ Knowing English is not mandatory But will preferable and get Advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ To ensure Company Growth in terms of Agriculture product production, control & production management as well as business profitability.
∎ Workplace: Work at the office or anywhere assigned by the Management.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop new clients and maintain cordial relationships with the existing clients.
∎ Identify training needs and organize training for farmers /customers to increase awareness of the company
∎ Observe the condition of the business as well as of the company
∎ Drive the sales and marketing team to develop appropriate promotional strategies and ensure effective implementation within the fixed time frame and approved budgets.
∎ Guide and cooperate the sales and marketing team
∎ Farm Management & Technical Service
∎ Look after agro production.
∎ Preparing and verifying all production & administrative reports.
∎ Report to the line management on any unusual/ unexpected results that occur on the farm
∎ Identify disease control and treatment, green fodder production & advice on feeding practices of a balanced diet of cattle.
∎ Taking care of livestock, feed treatment, and the wellbeing of the cattle.
∎ Preparing and monitoring disinfecting schedules to maintain proper hygiene and biosecurity.
∎ Train, hire, and supervise workers engaged in planting, cultivating, irrigating etc.
∎ Monitor pasture or grazing land use to ensure that livestock is properly fed or that conservation methods, such as rotational grazing, are used.
∎ Reports to the line management on any unusual/unexpected results that occur in the farm.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management. .

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate having relevant job experience will get privilege
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Agriculture and Technology.

Salary: Negotiable
