Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounts, Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounts, Finance
∎ CA Certified

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Compile and complete monthly quarterly and yearly financial statements (income statement, balance sheet & cash flow statement, etc.) as per IAS & IFRS and report to the Management
∎ Prepare all kind of financial statements & reports that are related with day to day business operations.
∎ Prepare the periodical financial statements & reports.
∎ Prepare all financial statement & reports to meet the requirement of internal audit and external audit.
∎ Perform month end and year financial closing activities.
∎ Prepare periodical financial budget and implement proper budgetary control.
∎ Monitor and deal import / export related documents with the respective authorities of Bank & Buyers.
∎ Monitor & manage L/C related work which includes, corresponding with buyers, opening L/C and its amendment , monitoring, shipment, document retirement formalities and custom clearing, C&F agent and Transport related concern authorities for smooth and timely delivery of goods.
∎ Responsible to look after the banking, export, import related documents and procedures, VAT, AIT, Customs etc.
∎ Maintain & update entire accounts and finance related information in ERP / Tally software and generate necessary reports as and when required.
∎ To maintain stock and reconciliation and dealing with Bank transaction & reconciliation as monthly basis.
∎ Prepare payments by verifying documentation, data Accounts statement (Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly & yearly) and requesting disbursement.
∎ Experience/background in managing accounts for Construction Company preferred.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Computer skill, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
∎ CC Certified
∎ The applicants should have experience in import/export, automobile trade, including battery, lubricants & related items.
∎ Must be an ERP or Tally Accounting Software Expert.
∎ Convert company's manual accounting system into an automated one using ERP/ Tally.
∎ Should be ready to work under pressure.
∎ Must have good communication skills.

Salary: Negotiable
