Key Responsibilities:
Agronomic Advisory: Provide expert recommendations on crop selection, soil health, irrigation, pest control, and sustainable farming practices.
Livestock Management Guidance: Advise on animal nutrition, health, welfare, and productivity improvement strategies.
Farm Business Planning: Support clients in business development, budgeting, yield forecasting, and risk mitigation.
Research & Innovation: Promote adoption of new technologies and practices to boost farm productivity and sustainability.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agribusinesses, and rural stakeholders.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure recommendations align with Australian agricultural standards and prepare detailed advisory reports.
