Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering, Diploma in Engineering
∎ Agriculture diploma or Equivalent degree from any recognized technical college or institution with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Agriculture field with marginal farmers, Agriculture Project, NGO
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Member selection of the project and arrange sectors base training for them
∎ Provide Technical support to that selected member
∎ Work with the member in field implementation directly
∎ Continuous close contact with those members
∎ Make relation with beneficiaries and the buyer for further continuation
∎ Communicate with the buyer as per project-oriented item
∎ Help to beneficiaries for better storage facilities
∎ Assist in farmers/members Survey Information are captured in system for contact farming in Future.
∎ Maintain good relationship with related vendors, service providers, Suppliers, Representatives of GO, NGO & development agencies.
∎ Directly involve in Agriculture Product Marketing through a Value Chain Approach.
∎ Ensure safe & safety Agriculture Production to the target Area.
∎ Any other job assign by management.
∎ The duties and responsibilities may change as per the program's needs.
∎ Must know how to use MS office

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 32 years
∎ Minimum 3 or 5 years field experience on NGO as technical service on Agri.

Salary: Tk. 26000 (Monthly)
