• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing

• Training/ Trade Course: Business Development      

• At least 10 years

• Age At least 35 years

• Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.

• Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.

• Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.

• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.

• Basic computer knowledge is a must.

• The applicants should have experience in dealing with marketing activities, client`s satisfaction, product performance and quality check.

• Should have sufficient knowledge about land related documents.

• Should have knowledge about purchasing process of all land including RAJUK.

• Should have experience of creating and availing rental market for placing the apartment on rent.

• Should have good public related capabilities to accomplish the task by winning heart and mind of the people.

• Should have good liaison making experience with people of land purchase, sale & development.

• Sourcing of land, Flat as per the demand of the company.

• Maintain regular contact with Stakeholder like- broker, Vendor, Owner & others Media.

• Collect, Checked and verify by the Concern authority of all types of land information and necessary documents.

• Verification of surrounding land prices, mouza values and other information.

• To prepare the CS of the land and present it to the authorities and make arrangements to visit as required.

• Take consent from management and then final communication with the Landowner. Consent to be taken from the management and proposal to be given to the landowner.

• To prepare of "Memorandum of understanding", "Deed of agreement" & "Power of Attorney" etc.

• Develop and implement Business Development strategies to deliver ongoing cost reductions and process simplification.

• Prepare strategic plan for market development.

• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
