Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
- B.Sc. in Textile Engineering equivalent with very good academic track record from any recognized and well reputed university.

Responsibilities & Context:
Research, design, and develop all kind of woven fabrics as per buyer requirements and market trends.
Analyze buyer concepts, seasonal forecasts, and ensure effective product development.
Monitor fabric development, conduct trials, and ensure quality at all processing stages.
Provide technical solutions for fabric development challenges and process improvements.
Collaborate with Marketing, Planning, and Production teams to ensure smooth execution of bulk orders.
Maintain effective communication with buyers and liaison offices for product approval and innovation updates.
Develop all types of fabric finishes (soft, wicking finish, extra soft, peach finish, silky, wrinkle-free, moisture cure, easy care, moisture management, water-repellent, etc.).
Prepare FTD (Fabric Technical Data) & FDS (Fabric Data Sheet) declarations as per buyer requirements.
Ensure compliance with quality, sustainability, and buyer standards.
Prepare technical data sheets, reports, and presentations for buyers and management.
Continuously explore new technologies, market trends, and competitor analysis to strengthen product innovation.
To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
