Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering equivalent with very good academic track record from any recognized and well reputed university.

• Strong knowledge in R&D and fabric development processes.

• Strong command of MS Office applications.

• Research, design, and develop all kind of woven fabrics as per buyer requirements and market trends.

• Analyze buyer concepts, seasonal forecasts, and ensure effective product development.

• Monitor fabric development, conduct trials, and ensure quality at all processing stages.

• Provide technical solutions for fabric development challenges and process improvements.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Planning, and Production teams to ensure smooth execution of bulk orders.

• Maintain effective communication with buyers and liaison offices for product approval and innovation updates.

• Develop all types of fabric finishes (soft, wicking finish, extra soft, peach finish, silky, wrinkle-free, moisture cure, easy care, moisture management, water-repellent, etc.).

• Prepare FTD (Fabric Technical Data) & FDS (Fabric Data Sheet) declarations as per buyer requirements.

• Ensure compliance with quality, sustainability, and buyer standards.

• Prepare technical data sheets, reports, and presentations for buyers and management.

• Continuously explore new technologies, market trends, and competitor analysis to strengthen product innovation.

• To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
