∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Fisheries, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer to coordinate, and manage multi-year strategic planning of the company.
∎ Coordinate with Projects Head, Departmental Head and Managers within the company regarding Production, Business Development, Operations, Logistics and report to the Top management accordingly.
∎ The incumbent should have leadership skills to re-solve problem arises in day to day activities.
∎ Analysis risk and propose required precautionary actions.
∎ Capable of taking right decisions to make the business profitable.
∎ Create and follow up the organizations vision and mission.
∎ Create a better and healthy environment within the organization for work.
∎ Regularly visit Projects/ Branches / Field Offices to ensure proper monitoring and guideline.
∎ Manage Operation and maintenance Personnel with a high sense of discipline and maintain good work culture.
∎ Directly working with sales growth, production capability and controlling purchase cost as their active team member for contributing value to overall business.
∎ Review established production schedules for all manufacturing departments to insure established inventory levels are met while operating at the highest efficiency possible.
∎ Carry out periodic inspection at site, audit work places periodically, make sure data entry properly in the system and analysis the reports as well as ensure timely reporting.
∎ Overseeing the fish Production activities. Providing high level of support to the staff to enable the fish culture to achieve the scheduled production target.
∎ Market analysis of brood and fish-feed and provide options for the management to decide best possible option.
∎ Take initiative to carry out major plans and procedures formulated by the management, consistent with established policies.
∎ Liaison with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
∎ Plan and monitor the day-to-day production status to ensure smooth progress.
∎ Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation.
∎ Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.
∎ Ensure the working progress, related problem solving, weekly/monthly meeting with related heads regarding the operation progress & business development activities as well as report to Managing Director and CEO respectively.
∎ Monitor operational performance of the business concern and suggest the ways to improve existing performance.
∎ Represent the organization Locally & Internationally as well as to a range of external stakeholders including supporters, partners, policy makers and Govt. bodies.
∎ Keep liaison with government body & regulatory authorities
∎ Monitor the payments of bill and direct to Accounts Department on customer payment problem.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ To have adequate administrative power.
∎ Must be flexible and enthusiastic person by nature with ability to work for long hour.
∎ Capable to handle stress & pressure.
∎ Able to take challenges with problem solving attitude.
∎ Minimum 2 years' experience at related department in similar position of any large group of Industries /companies.
