Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the design, process development, equipment installation, commissioning, and operational ramp-up of the sterile injectable and ophthalmic production facilities
∎ Develop and implement production schedules to meet project timelines while maintaining product quality and safety
∎ Ensure the sterilization process is fully validated and compliant with industry standards, particularly for injectable and ophthalmic formulations
∎ Monitor production performance, address any production issues, and ensure effective resource allocation
∎ Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless production flow and compliance with regulatory requirements
∎ Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all activities related to the new sterile plant project
∎ Identify and resolve technical and operational issues to ensure smooth project execution
