∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement short/long term sales & marketing plan.
∎ Forecast to achieve the company's sales target and objectives.
∎ To make sales forecast for ensuring availability of project.
∎ To set-up level wise sales targets.
∎ Develop creative sales technique and tracts to meet business goals.
∎ Responsible for sales team building, sales target achievement through the team's monitoring.
∎ Review and analyzes sales performances.
∎ To work closely with brand team for developing promotional activities.
∎ Prepare monthly sales report.
∎ Analyze the competitors' market data and report submits to Management.
∎ Any other task assign by reporting supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Market Reading Capability & Decision Making Ability.
∎ Proven Experience in Real Estate Sector .
∎ Track records of achieving sales targets, market penetration & team management.
∎ Smart, dedicated and well organized, proactive with a sense of priority in completing the tasks assigned.
∎ Must be able to professionally communicate with Principals, negotiate terms and price
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, communication ability, energetic and confident.

Salary: Negotiable
