Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review and get confirmation of Financial Statements
∎ Keep in Communication to the External Auditors to set up the Audit Schedule
∎ Arrange necessary meeting with Tax consultant and other concerned for confirmation of Financial Statements
∎ Fill CT appeal against Tax demand/ Disallowance of DCT (when required)
∎ Fill Tribunal appeal against Tax demand/ Disallowance of CT Appeal (when required)
∎ Fill reference Application to High Court against Tax demand/ Disallowance of CT Appeal and Tribunal Appeal (when required)
∎ Participate in the hearing on Tax and VAT related matters in concerned officials
∎ Sign of Audited Reports from directors
∎ Select and appointing Auditor for conducting Audit of Financial Statements on end of the year
∎ Any other task assigned by reporting supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Adequate Knowledge on TAX & VAT to handle independently
∎ Excellent Communication skill
∎ Good knowledge in MS Office
∎ Leadership Quality
