Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:

Strong skills in MS Excel (advanced level); knowledge of PowerPoint and data visualization tools will be an added advantage.

Experience in data analysis, reporting, and sales support preferred.

Strong numerical, analytical, and presentation skills.

Ability to work with accuracy under pressure and meet deadlines.

10–12 years of relevant experience in FMCG/commodity business preferred



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (e.g., product-wise target vs. achievement) to track performance trends and share with the Business Head.

  • Maintain and update customer databases, addressing customer queries, requests, and complaints effectively.

  • Perform data analysis to identify sales trends, opportunities, and gaps.

  • Prepare sales forecasts and future predictions based on market and internal data.

  • Develop and present data-driven reports, including graphs and dashboards, for management review.

  • Coordinate product deliveries, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure smooth sales operations with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Collect and update competitor pricing information on a daily basis.

  • Receive, verify, and process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Monitor and record the daily attendance of sales staff based on submitted tour plans.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate product deliveries and monitor inventory levels.

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing documents and assisting with sales proposals.

  • Manage after-sales communication and support customers in resolving issues promptly.

  • Compile and maintain monthly consolidated sales reports.

  • Assist the sales department with administrative tasks and special projects as required.
