∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Candidate should have experience in Knit Quality (Textile/Dyeing Quality)
∎ Time management skills and Strong work ethics.
∎ Data analysis and multi-tasking skills.
∎ Attention to detail and process oriented.
∎ Ability to proactively contribute to a positive office environment.
∎ Problem solving skills and ability to resolve any issue regarding textile/dyeing quality.
∎ Proficient in ERP, Computing and MS office.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and develop an effective team of QA, QC and technical staff who are responsible for all quality related assignments/issue.
∎ Develop and improve existing QC system to meet the international standards and ensure production outputs are in line with company Specifications.
∎ Control and ensure quality of all textile as per customers precondition.
∎ Liaison with the buyers regarding major quality issue.
∎ Identify quality issue and analyze complex problems; recommend and implement preventive and/or corrective actions.
∎ Monitor and support the quality issue and communicative with audit and are inspection team.
∎ Control, execute and ensure the projected budget as per the company plan.
∎ Analyze statistical date and product Specification to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product.
∎ Check daily report and analyze and feedback for corrective and production action.
∎ Supervised subcontract related garments production and quality.
∎ Maintain effective communications with members of the buying, merchandising and production, planning, Cad, and some others departments.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Carry out any others job as assigned from tome and time.
∎ Develop training materials and provide training to all concern on regular basis.
∎ Evaluated staff performance, ensure floor discipline, Zero NC, identify training needs and manage their career development.
∎ Any other assignments assigned by the management
