Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee day-to-day operations.
∎ Plans and organizes daily activities related to production and operations. Design strategy and set goals for sustainable growth of the concerned business unit.
∎ He/ she will be responsible for developing and implementing operational plans and strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
∎ Responsible for managing budgets and ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to meet operational needs.
∎ Must ensure that products or services meet quality standards and customer expectations. Must ensure gross margin as per company demand.
∎ He/she will maintain relationships with suppliers, customers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective operations.
∎ Oversee and Coordinate with the Production and Engineering Team to meet Organizational Needs.
∎ Oversee and Coordinate with the Factory, Sales and Marketing teams.
∎ Set policies and processes in terms of operational perspective.
∎ Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
∎ Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
∎ Direct the employee assessment process align with HR department.
∎ Prepare regular reports for upper management
∎ Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors).
∎ Measures productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports.
∎ Coordinates with other support departments such as human resources, finance, and logistics to ensure successful production operations.
∎ Performs other related duties as required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having experience in uPVC Door & Pipes manufacturing company will get preference.
∎ Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.
∎ Extensive knowledge of operations and production management.
∎ Ability to interpret financial data as needed to set production goals.
∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
∎ Problem-solving aptitude
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
